Treating Tank Sludge with TecZero
Tank sludge is fed into our patented TecZero infrared thermal desorption units. The material is indirectly heated, and the vapors released from the sludge are captured and used to fuel the treatment process. This efficient, one-step secondary manufacturing process produces two valuable outputs:
Higher-grade oil that can be directly piped back into refinery production.
